I always choose this place for my stay in Nottingham. The staff helped me find a car service on my first stay. It has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, free parking, dryer, electric kettle, cookware. Perfect for a city break.

The apartment had everything we needed for our Christmas getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the storage space was more than enough for our belongings. The location was perfect, with easy access to the university campus and tram stop. We even enjoyed a scenic walk along the canal to the city center during the day. The apartment was surprisingly quiet despite being close to a busy road junction. the kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of utensils and pans for cooking. We also appreciated the excellent lighting, making it easy to read and relax.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The hob had a knack to keep the rings lit, and we had some trouble with the sliding door for the bathroom.

The location was perfect for my needs - walkable to campus and tram stop, easy to find, quiet, and safe. Comfy bed, good storage, hot water, reliable wifi, and full-size fridge. Well-equipped kitchen and excellent lighting.

I recently stayed at a cozy 2nd floor apartment with a king-size bed and free parking. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was within walking distance to the university campus and tram stop. I was also able to easily walk to the city center along the canal during the daytime. Finding the apartment was a breeze when I arrived in town, and there were no issues with parking. Despite being near a road junction, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was ample storage space, and the water in the shower was hot. The wifi worked well, and I appreciated having a full-size fridge freezer. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pans, and the lighting was excellent, making it easy for me to read.

Plus, having a fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher.

Personally, I found the presence of a tumble dryer a bit unnecessary, but I understand that it might be useful for other guests.
